Kimono is one of traditional Japanese culture.
The reason Japanese people love Kimono is not only beautiful.
Because Kimono fit Japanese figure and Kimono is suitable for climate.
And there are many putterns of Kimono.For example,flower,bird and water.
Recently Kimono is formal clothe.
I have to wear a men`s kimono and hakama when I perform shakuhachi. I used to find it troublesome, but now I think that it is suitable for sitting seiza and playing shakuhachi. The hakama gives support to the back and lower abdomen. But women`s kimono is art.
ReplyDeleteI think wearing Kimono is nice culture! It's peculiar to only Japan. There are not clothes similar to Kimino in the world. I proud this Japanese culture^^★
ReplyDeleteOn the other day, I wore Kimono because I have to take pictures for coming-of-age ceremony. Kimono is one of the marvelous cultures of Japan! I want foreigner to wear Kimono and to know about them more!:D
